Gratitude is the act of being thankful; showing appreciation for others and displaying kindness. Sometimes when we are struggling in life it is hard to enter into a practice of gratitude. How can we find joy in pain? Full transparency: it is so hard, but so needed when we are struggling. When we take the focus off ourselves and our situation, we make a space where healing can begin.
