Symptoms of Depression

Feelings of sadness, irritable mood, feeling hopeless, worthless, low self-esteem

Episodes of tearfulness and/or crying

Decrease of interest in doing activities you enjoy

Increase in isolation

Low motivation

Significant changes with sleep (sleeping too much or too little)

Significant changes in appetite (little to no appetite or increase in eating)

Decreased concentration or indecisiveness

Decreased energy or easily tired

Recurrent thoughts of death and/or dying
