Brainspotting
Where you look affects how you feel...
What is Brainspotting?
Brainspotting is a focused, brain-body therapy that helps identify, process, and release unresolved trauma, emotional distress, and other symptoms that are often stored deep within the nervous system. It works by accessing parts of the brain involved in emotion, memory, and survival responses that may not be easily reached through talk therapy alone.
At the heart of Brainspotting is a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship. Within that supportive environment, Brainspotting helps clients access and process experiences that may lie beyond conscious awareness, allowing the brain and body to naturally move toward healing.
By working directly with the brain and nervous system, Brainspotting can promote lasting emotional, psychological, and physical healing, helping individuals reduce distress, improve regulation, and experience greater overall well-being.
