I bought multiple copies of this workbook as a way to help my sons build self esteem and just get them to slow down and be more self aware. So far it was already made an amazing impact on them. I see them thoughtfully going over the topics and writing some inspiring responses. I am so glad I bought this book! Get this in your homes, you will be so glad you did!

The book is amazing so far. I am on page 25. I have been journaling my answers and have to dig really deep to get some of the answers.
